Expect mainly fast tempo swing music (and a few slows songs for slow balboa) so that you can shuffle and shag to your heart’s content! The Balboa House Party is a gathering for balboa dancers and friends to have fun dancing and hanging out with each other. There often is a beginner balboa lesson before each house party, so you can jump right in if you're new! Experienced balboa dancers are encouraged to join the lesson to learn a new role or just get in some practice. After the lessons there’s 3 hours of DJ’d balboa-friendly swing music for your dancing and listening enjoyment.
